Company events 2010 calendar

According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for the year 2010:

•  Monday March 15: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009;
•  Thursday May 13: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 31 March 2010;
•  Thursday August 5: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2010;
•  Thursday November 11: Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management Statements for the period ended 30 September 2010.

The Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the separate financial statements as of 31 December 2009 will be held on 29 April 2010 in first call and on 30 April 2010 in second call.
